Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
AgenticFides ("we", "us") is a specialist advisory firm providing agentic-AI risk and governance counsel to insurers. We are registered in the United States with our principal place of business in Seattle, Washington. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, the data controller is AgenticFides.
2. Information we collect
Contact form. Our "Request access" form does not transmit any data to us or to a third-party service. It composes a draft email in your own email application using the details you enter (name, organisation, email address, inquiry type, and message). No information is sent unless you choose to send that email yourself.
Email correspondence. If you email us at connect@agenticfides.ai, we receive and retain the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organisation, and the contents of your message.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, for security and operational purposes.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers; Google's processing of those requests is described in Google's privacy policy.
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and correspond with you about prospective or ongoing engagements.
- To perform and administer engagements, including conflict checks and record-keeping.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are typically legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, operating the site), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Sharing and transfers
We do not share personal information with third parties except with service providers who support our operations (such as email and hosting providers) under appropriate safeguards, where required by law, or in connection with professional obligations. Because we are based in the United States, correspondence from outside the US will be processed in the US.
6. Retention
We retain correspondence and engagement records for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, regulatory, and professional retention requirements.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of certain US states, including California, may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact us at connect@agenticfides.ai.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy or our handling of personal information may be directed to connect@agenticfides.ai or by post to [registered address].
